Bottling 101

Today, 13 guests from Calistoga Ranch came over for a "lesson" in bottling! They cam from as far as Chicago and Philadelphia and as close as San Francisco, but they all had one thing in common - they like wine! We began with a short tour of the winery and vineyard while Chef Becca Goldfarb (our niece and an extraordinary chef who recently graduated from San Francisco's California Culinary Academy) prepared a bounty in the kitchen.
