Anomaly Vineyards

Today we met with our winemaker, Mark, to talk about bottles. Before entering this new world of winemaking, we had no idea about the myriad of steps it took to get from grapes to the glass (or G2G to be more succinct!). So, how many bottles do we need, what various sizes should we order, and what about corks - what should they say this year? Then there's the label, both front and back. And the bottling truck that needs to be scheduled along with helpers (also known as 8 friends) for the two bottling days. Oh, and I forgot to mention capsules to go over the corks on the bottles. And nitrogen - we have to remember to order two tanks. Is someone keeping a list? Until next Monday when we return from a visit to Steve's sister in Dallas, Chantico to ya'll!
