Brandon Olsen is not only a phenomenal chef (check Ad Hoc in Yountville and see for yourself) but he also doubles as Anomaly's right- hand guy. Today, after watering "Anomaly Farms" veggie beds, he spent the day putting labels on our Anomaly Olive Oil! Chantico.
