Swirl, Sniff, Taste, Repeat!

Tonight, Spottswoode Assistant Winemaker, Jennifer Williams, and our Assistant Wine Maker, Gerich Fellerman, came over for dinner and to taste our 2003 vintage which we bottled in 375 ml. bottles (restaurant portion size, we call them!). Steve made pork loin over rice, I made broccoli (Okay, it doesn't take a rocket scientist, but just the right crispness requires some skill level!) and a salad, and desssert was compliments of Bouchon Bakery - a quick 2 lb. weight gain, I'm sure. Here are the photos from this evening! A difficult task, yes, but someone has to do it! Thank you Gerich and Jen! 46 days until Mark returns from New Zealand. Chantico!
